I was so excited to try this new bakery after hearing so many wonderful things. The bagels were fresh, flavorful and had a great texture. However, the sandwich bread is especially outstanding - light, airy, and beautifully textured, with incredible flavor in every bite. The sourdough loaves have a perfect crust, a soft interior and just the right amount of tang. It’s clear a lot of care and craftsmanship goes into everything they make. Excited to have a bakery like this in the area and I will definitely be back.
